We specialize in the buying and selling of RHD (Right Hand Drive) continental and Japanese pre-owned cars. We also export pre-owned vehicles to many countries worldwide.
We are a provider of new commercial vehicles and parallel imported vehicles for the local market, and represent several major insurance companies to provide the most competitive premium rates for motor insurance.

About The Business
The Think One story is an amazing tale of entrepreneurship and achieving one’s dreams through hard work and dedication. The founding member of Think One, Mr Neo Tiam Ting, started the business from humble beginnings in 1992 as a single-man outfit to grow the company into a major player in the commercial vehicle industry with an annual turnover exceeding S$100 million.
When Mr Neo first started the business, he did not have a company or a single proper sales and purchase agreement. All he had was his passion for cars and his determination. The business started with single sales of cars, and rapidly expanded as Mr Neo’s reputation for honesty and efficiency reached far and wide.
Within a mere 3 years, he expanded to a company with 8 employees and an office at Upper Changi Road East. Mr Neo’s far-sightedness and his famous “Never say Die” attitude has helped the business expand to more than 70 employees, with a Showroom at Think One Building in Ubi and our second showroom at Carros. Think One is now widely regarded as one of the market leaders in commercial vehicles dealership in the local and export market.

All of our vehicles are inspected by STA and our customers can be assured that all purchases will
come with a STA Evaluation Certificate.

Mr. Neo Tiam Ting

1992
-> Mr Neo started the business on his own, without any company or even a proper sales and purchase agreement. He was only armed with his passion for cars.
1996
-> Mr Neo began trading as Ting Motor in Bedok North Road.
1997
-> Think One Motor Trading moved into its first place of business at Upper Changi Road East with the strength of 8 employees.
-> A branch was opened at Geylang Lorong 36.
1998
-> Our third branch opened at Kaki Bukit Car Mart.
2001
-> We began to provide our valued customers with integrated “under one roof” services to serve them better. We became the licensed agents for the major insurance companies such as NTUC Income, AXA, Maybank Assurance, just to name a few. Besides these insurance companies, we also offer quotations from many major insurance companies to ensure that our customers get the most competitive insurance premiums rates.
2002
-> We open another branch at Turf Club Auto Emporium. Our total sales have reached an impressive 3,000 units of vehicles annually!
2003
-> Our founder, Mr Neo, was elected as the Assistant Publicity Officer of Singapore Vehicle Traders’ Association.
-> We expanded our business to export vehicles. We exported vehicles to more than 10 countries worldwide including Asia, Europe and America. We achieved the export of more than 1,000 units within the first year alone.
-> We further expanded to open a branch at Jalan Buroh Export Processing Zone (EPZ) with more than 1,000 units of vehicles ready for export.
2004
-> As a token of appreciation to our employees, we had our very first company trip to Genting for the entire company. The company trip was a good start to foster strong teamwork and camaraderie.
2005
-> Think One Automobile & Trading Pte Ltd was incorporated and achieved a sales turnover of S$4 million that year! This figure does not include vehicles trading under Think One Motor Trading and vehicles under export.
-> As a show of our commitment to our staff and to upgrade their skills so that we can serve our customers better, we sent them to undergo months of training conducted by the School of Management Institute.
-> Our successful export business grew even further. That year, we were exporting more than 4,000 units annually.
-> Our Director, Mr Neo, was elected as the Assistant Treasurer of Singapore Vehicle Traders’ Association.
-> We incorporated Think One Credit Pte Ltd. For the first year of financing alone, our revenue reached a whooping S$200,000.
2006
-> June, 2006 marked a milestone for Think One Automobile & Trading Pte Ltd as we crossed the sales turnover of S$40 million.
-> Barely one year after the company was incorporated, Think One Credit Pte Ltd’s revenue skyrocketed to over S$800,000.
-> Mr Neo was elected a Committee Member in Hire Purchase Finance And Leasing Association of Singapore.
2007
-> Mr Neo was elected again in the Singapore Vehicle Traders’ Association. He held the position of Honorary Treasurer.
-> Within 2 years, Think One Credit Pte Ltd’s revenue grew to over S$1.5 million.
2008
-> Think One Automobile & Trading Pte Ltd’s sales turnover exceeded S$100 million. This translates to a growth of about 400% over the past three years.
-> Mr Neo was elected as the Assistant Recreation Officer of the Hire Purchase Finance And Leasing Association of Singapore.
-> A sweet year to remember as we rewarded the team with a trip to Hong Kong. This five-day tour brought all of us closer and helped us to understand and work better as a team.
-> Another milestone for Think One Credit Pte Ltd as our revenue exceeded S$2.2 million. The company has seen an astounding 1,100% growth over the pass three years. Indeed, this is an admirable achievement.
-> To serve our customers better, we moved to larger office venue at 25 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh.
2009
-> Mr Neo was elected as the 2nd Vice President of Singapore Vehicle Traders’ Association.
2010
-> We expanded further and procured our own Think One building at 20 Ubi Road 4, with a mission to serve our customers better.
2011
-> Mr Neo was elected as the President of Singapore Vehicle Traders’ Association.
-> Mr Neo was elected as the Secretary of Management Corporation Strata Title.
-> Mr Neo has been awarded the Entrepreneur Award by APEA.
2012
-> Think One has been appointed as the Sole Authorized Distributor for Yutong Buses.
2013
-> In order to complete a hassle free one stop solution for our customers, Think One started a new subsidiary in Autocare Servicing.
2014
-> Appointed as Cummins UK Inc authorized workshop dealer.
-> Appointed by NTUC & Tokio Marine as an accident reporting centre and authorized workshop.
-> We expanded our workshop for Think One Autocare at 18 Defu Ave 2.
2020
-> The first and the only importer to introduce the Nissan NV250 model in Singapore.
